(A&B) ARPE-19 cells were seeded in a 96-well white plate at a density of 5×10³ cells/well and incubated for 24 h. Cells treated with 20 μM A2E-BDP for 24 h. After that, cells were treated with citalopram or fluvoxamine for 24 h. After adding 100 μL of RIPA buffer per well, the fluorescence value was measured at 485 nm/535 nm (excitation/emission). The results are presented as mean±SD (n=3). *p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001 vs no-treatment control.
