Cytotoxicity of SSRIs in ARPE-19 cells was assessed by IncuCyte Zoom imaging system. ARPE-19 cells were seeded in a 24-well plate at a density of 1×104 cells/well and incubated for 24 h. Cells were treated with 10-50 μM SSRIs for 3 days. The results are presented as mean±SD (n=9).
