RAW 264.7 cells were incubated with normal medium and then treated 10 and 100 μg/mL of cholesterol crystal (CC). Expression of (A) METTL3, (B) METTL14, (C) NSUN2 and (D) TRDMT1, pro-inflammatory cytokines, (n=4 in each group) were measured by quantitative real-time PCR.
