RAW 264.7 cells were incubated with normal medium and then treated 10 and 100 μg/mL of cholesterol crystal (CC). Expression of (A) ALBKH5 and (B) FTO, RNA demethylases, (n=4 in each group) were measured by quantitative real-time PCR.
