Several circRNAs were identified to be involved in retinopathy of prematurity, age-related macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. Expressions of circRNAs and their regulatory axes including miRNAs and mRNAs are indicated using arrows. Red arrows indicate up-regulation, while blue arrows show down-regulation. Refer to Table 1 for more details regarding these regulatory relationships.
