Fig. 3. Indirubin effect on RAW264.7 shape treated with LPS 10 ng/mL. Shown pictures are morphologic changes of RAW264.7 (1×104 cells/well) with only LPS (10 ng/mL) or LPS and each substance for 24 hours. LPS is nuclear migration and cytoplasm broadening was observed in RAW264.7 in 2 hours. At 4 hours observe changes in the cell shape. Cell proliferation observation at 24 hours. Indi rubin is nuclear migration and cytoplasm broadening was observed in RAW264.7 in 2 hours. At 8 hours, observe changes in cell shape. Cell prolife ration observation at 12 hours. CDEX observed that the cell shape was maintained for up to 4 hours, and an increase in the number of c ells was confirmed as the cell shape changed at 8 hours. Before: Before LPS treated, 0 hour: Immediate substance treated, 2 hours: 2 hours after substance treated, 4 hours: 4 hours after substance treated, 8 hours: 8 hours after substance treated, 12 hours: 12 hours after substance treated, 24 hours: 24 hours after substance treated. *LPS=LPS group, Indirubin=Indirubin standard, CDEX=Chungdae extract
